After we received such a strong response to Wayne’s first clip, I’ve decided to post the second video I filmed with him on that day!

It’s a little cheeky, but will give you a fantastic insight into the world of negotiation. Watch carefully and see if you can identify a time when one of these trick may have been used against you. Now you’ll be able to spot it from a mile away.

    The flinch idea is good but can be dangerous if you use it when you know you have a good deal cos you might end up loosing the deal to another buyer.

    I must say the higher power one is great, i have definatly jotted that down in the play book ;)
